Lee Pereces, General Manager and Senior Process Support Engineer at Maximator AIM celebrated 42 years in the plastics industry last month!
Lee got into plastics at the age of 18, with the help of his uncle who worked at his first employer. His plan at the time was to work there long enough to put himself through university and earn a degree in education, but he has remained in the industry since.
Lee, now of West Farmington, Ohio, started out his career in mold set-up, material handling, and as a press operator in 1981, and has since gained experience from injection molding facilities around the world.
